1. Agreement to these Terms
WheelElite.com is a DBA of AMERICAN-ONLINE-PROPERTIES LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of wheelelite.com and related WheelElite services provided by AMERICAN-ONLINE-PROPERTIES LLC d/b/a WheelElite.com. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Product, fitment, pricing, and availability information
Wheel images, descriptions, estimated prices, package totals, availability, delivery times, financing examples, and fitment information are provided for shopping and planning. WheelElite verifies fitment, availability, shipping, taxes, installation needs, and final pricing before completing a sale. Information may change, and an online quote or order request is not an acceptance of an order or a guarantee of fitment, financing, inventory, or price.
3. Orders and payment requests
The WheelElite website collects order and payment-method preferences but does not ask you to submit a full payment-card number, expiration date, or card security code. After fitment and availability review, WheelElite may contact you with secure payment or financing next steps. Financing is subject to provider approval and separate provider terms. Cash App, Zelle, wire, card, financing, discount, shipping, tax, and installation terms are confirmed before payment.
4. WheelElite SMS Terms and Conditions
By providing your mobile number and taking the specific opt-in action shown on the site, you consent to receive the WheelElite text messages described at that opt-in point. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.
Programs and message frequency
- Account and checkout verification: one automated SMS verification message per request only when you select the optional non-marketing consent checkbox. If you do not select it, verification is completed by email. A new message may be sent if you request a resend.
- Quote, fitment, order, payment-request, and support updates: messages related to a request you submitted. Message frequency varies.
- Coupon codes, wheel drops, and package specials: recurring promotional messages only after you separately select the marketing-text checkbox. Message frequency varies.
Rates, consent, and eligibility
Message and data rates may apply. Marketing and non-marketing SMS consent checkboxes are optional, are not pre-selected, and are presented separately where both message types are offered. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You must be the mobile account holder or have the account holder's authorization to enroll a number. You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Opt out
Reply STOP to cancel messages from the sending number. You may receive one final text confirming your opt-out. After that, no further messages will be sent from that program unless you separately opt in again. Other reasonable requests that clearly communicate your desire to stop messages will also be honored as required by law.

Delivery and carriers
Delivery is subject to mobile-network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers and messaging functionality may change.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, scrape the site in a way that harms the service, or use the site for unlawful activity.
6. Intellectual property
The WheelElite site, design, text, graphics, code, and branding are owned by or licensed to WheelElite and are protected by applicable laws. Product names, trademarks, images, and other supplier content belong to their respective owners. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the site for lawful personal or business shopping purposes.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. WheelElite disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a final written order or service agreement. To the extent permitted by law, WheelElite will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the site, these Terms, or a messaging program. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. We may suspend or end access to the site or a service when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or business operations.
