1. Who we are

WheelElite.com is a DBA of AMERICAN-ONLINE-PROPERTIES LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how WheelElite.com and AMERICAN-ONLINE-PROPERTIES LLC (collectively, "WheelElite," "we," "us," or "our") collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit wheelelite.com, create an account, request a quote, apply for payment options, place an order, communicate with us, or opt into a WheelElite text messaging program.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Contact and account information, such as your name, email address, mobile number, login credentials, and account-verification status.
• Vehicle and fitment information, such as year, make, model, trim, wheel preferences, selected sizes, finishes, and installation notes.
• Quote, order, and payment-request information, such as cart items, delivery and billing addresses, payment-method preference, financing budget, promotional-code use, and communications about an order. WheelElite does not ask you to enter a full card number, expiration date, or card security code on this website.
• Communications and consent records, including messages you send us, customer-service history, the date and method of an SMS opt-in, program selected, and opt-out requests.
• Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from an IP address, interactions with the site, and cookie or similar-technology identifiers.

We collect information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, and from service providers that help us operate the site and fulfill your requests.

3. How we use information

We may use personal information to:

• provide accounts, verification codes, quotes, fitment assistance, order updates, payment-request follow-up, installation coordination, and customer support;
• send marketing texts only for a specific program when you have provided the required consent;
• personalize product recommendations and remember shopping preferences;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the site and our services;
• detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms; and
• comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect our customers, business, and others.

4. Mobile messaging and A2P privacy

WheelElite uses application-to-person (A2P) text messaging for limited purposes, including one-time account or checkout verification codes, requested quote or order communications, and recurring coupon or package-special alerts when you separately opt into that promotional program.

• Consent is program-specific. Marketing and non-marketing SMS consent choices are separate, optional, and unchecked by default. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. We do not treat consent for a verification code, quote, or order update as consent to receive marketing messages.
• Message frequency. One-time verification programs send one SMS message per request only when the optional non-marketing checkbox is selected; otherwise verification is completed by email. Message frequency for quote, order, support, coupon, and package-special communications varies.
• Rates and opt-out. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel texts from the sending number. Reply HELP for help, or email billing@wheelelite.com.
• Mobile data is not used for third-party marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may disclose information to service providers that help us deliver messages and customer support, but only to perform services for WheelElite and subject to appropriate restrictions. All other sharing described in this Policy excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information is not shared with third parties for their own purposes.

5. How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers. We use vendors for cloud hosting, customer relationship management, communications delivery, analytics, security, email, and other business operations. They may process information only to provide services to us.
• Order and service fulfillment. We may provide information to installers, suppliers, shippers, financing providers, or payment providers when needed to fulfill a request you make. A financing or payment provider's own privacy policy applies to information you submit directly to that provider.
• Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, customers, or the public.
• Business transfers. Information may be disclosed as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, bankruptcy, reorganization, or sale of some or all business assets, subject to applicable law.
• At your direction. We may disclose information when you direct us to do so or provide separate consent.

WheelElite does not sell personal information for money. We do not use or disclose mobile opt-in information as described in Section 4 for third-party advertising or marketing.

6. Cookies, analytics, and embedded services

We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, tags, and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, measure performance, understand site use, and protect the service. The site may also include embedded customer-support or communications tools. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although blocking some technologies may affect site functionality.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to complete transactions, maintain business and consent records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and prevent abuse. 8. Your choices and privacy rights

You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message and from text messages by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or ask questions about our privacy practices, by emailing billing@wheelelite.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained when permitted or required by law.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights, such as rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to appeal a decision regarding a privacy request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

9. Children

WheelElite's services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address the request.

10. Third-party links

The site may link to supplier, financing, payment, social-media, or other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them before providing information.
